Project Engineer (Automation & Instrumentation)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PLC Automation and SCADA Engineer for our ongoing project of WTP, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the designing, project engineering, programming, testing and commissioning of PLC and SCADA systems. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial automation concepts, excellent problem-solving

and a commitment to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a reputed institute. 1-2 years of proven

experience

in PLC programming and SCADA system development in an industrial environment. Proficiency in programming PLCs from at least one of the major manufacturers (e.g., Schneider Electric or Siemens).

Experience

with SCADA/HMI software development (e.g., AVEVA or TIA Portal). Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus RTU, Ethernet IP, etc.). Familiarity with industrial networking concepts and hardware. Ability to read and interpret electrical SLD, P&IDs and control philosophies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving

skills

with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet project deadlines. Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning and support, as required.
