Civil Engineer – Technical Sales

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Project Sales & Site Execution Executive to join our team. This role involves meeting clients like builders, schools, and resorts to generate business enquiries, conducting site visits, following up for orders and payments, and monitoring project execution to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit project clients (builders, schools, resorts, etc.) to promote our offerings and generate enquiries Conduct on-site visits for accurate measurement and site assessment Follow up with clients for order closure and payment collection Supervise and monitor ongoing site execution for adherence to quality standards. Submit daily/weekly Excel-based reports on activities and site updates

Requirements

Education:

Minimum: Diploma in Civil Engineering Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of

experience

in: Project sales or client-facing roles Civil site execution or field supervision

Skills:

Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi – must be able to communicate and convince clients effectively MS Excel – for daily and weekly reporting Technical understanding of civil work, project measurements, and site quality checks Additional

Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler for daily field/site visits Strong interpersonal and follow-up

skills

Physically fit and willing to travel to multiple sites as needed Preferred Criteria: Gender: Male Age: Between 22 to 35 years
