We are looking for a Professional Data Scientist to join our Bengaluru team and contribute to building smarter, faster, and more impactful property intelligence solutions. In this mid-senior role, you will work alongside a talented global team to develop and deploy advanced machine learning and statistical models that drive real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve model performance issues by researching, implementing, and testing alternative analytical approaches - Conduct in-depth statistical analyses of real estate, mortgage, and insurance datasets - Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to uncover patterns in large and complex data environments - Generate forecasts and predictions by modeling multiple economic and human behavioral factors - Prepare, maintain, and document production-grade models and their prototypes - Lead and independently manage both quantitative and qualitative research projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver analytical solutions aligned with business objectives - Troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical problems across a broad business function - Research and evaluate Generative AI best practices for emerging business challenges Required Qualifications - Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Physics, or a related discipline - Minimum 3 years of industry or academic experience in AI, machine learning, data mining, statistical modeling, or pattern recognition - Proficiency in SQL or BigQuery along with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, R, C++, or Scala - Experience building and maintaining models in a cloud-based environment - Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail - Knowledge of network analysis and graph theory is an added advantage - Experience integrating Generative AI into production solutions is a plus Why Join Us At Cotality, your growth and well-being are central to our culture, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, mental health support, financial perks, and retirement planning.
