Production Specialist L1

Role Overview Wipro is looking for a Production Specialist L1 to join its IT services team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance, ensuring that all support requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will play a key part in maintaining service quality and meeting defined SLA targets. Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming client support requests via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner - Record and document all end user details including name, department, contact information and the nature of the issue - Track, update and maintain logs of all queries, troubleshooting steps taken and resolution outcomes - Update personal availability status in the RAVE system to support team productivity - Follow standard operating procedures and workflows to resolve client queries within SLA timelines - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or higher-level support in a timely manner Required Qualifications - Basic understanding of IT support and helpdesk operations - Good verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment - Familiarity with ticketing or support management systems is an advantage - Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognised IT and consulting leader that offers excellent career growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
