Production Planning and Control (PPC)

Job Profile Title: PPC Officer (Production Planning & Control) Location: Aurangabad (On-site) Department: Operations Reporting to: Operations Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per order commitments. Coordinate with the sales, design, stores, and production teams to align plans and prevent delays. Track raw material and in-process inventory availability to ensure timely job execution. Maintain master production schedules, monitor load vs. capacity, and escalate bottlenecks. Update and maintain job-wise status and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) tracking. Generate MIS reports on production performance, plan vs. actual, and pending jobs. Participate in daily production review meetings and implement schedule adjustments. Support in optimizing WIP, reducing idle time, and improving shopfloor coordination. Ensure real-time visibility of production status to cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant field. 2–5 years of hands-on

experience

in production planning & control in a manufacturing setup. Familiarity with job card tracking, material planning, and order management.
