Sales Coordinator

Coordinate with the sales team for daily updates, follow-ups, and task tracking Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, and order-related documentation Ensure timely entry and updating of data in CRM systems Track enquiries, quotations, and order status to avoid delays or gaps Follow up with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for order execution Maintain accurate records of customer communication and sales activities Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share with management Support the sales team in meeting targets through proper coordination and tracking Ensure data accuracy and discipline in CRM and reporting systems Assist in improving sales processes and workflow efficiency

Requirements

1 to 3 years of

experience

in Sales Coordination / Back Office / MIS / Operations Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (basic to intermediate) Understanding of sales process (enquiry → quotation → order → dispatch) Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) Strong follow-up and coordination
