PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan. Ensure production targets are achieved on time with required quality standards. Manage manpower and allocate work across production lines. Monitor raw materials, production processes and finished products. Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene and food safety standards. Monitor production wastage, yield and process losses. Maintain production records, reports and shift-wise data. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams. Identify production issues and take corrective action. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area. Support implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production or related field.

Experience:

2–5 years in food manufacturing / bakery / FMCG production. Good knowledge of production processes and food manufacturing practices. Good manpower handling and team coordination skills. Ability to work in shifts. Good communication and reporting skills. Preferred

Experience

Candidates from Bakery, Cakes, Bread, Snacks, QSR, FMCG or other food manufacturing industries will be preferred.
