Product Support Representative III

Role Overview Join UKG as a Product Support Representative III in Pune to provide world-class support for our People Analytics tool. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve reporting needs using a consultative and customer-first approach. Your work will directly impact millions of workers who start and end their days utilizing our workforce operating platform. Key Responsibilities - Deliver world-class customer experience through case, email, phone, and chat channels - Manage case queues and prioritize issues according to client service level agreements - Diagnose and troubleshoot complex customer queries using internal and external resources - Educate and train customers on system best practices to promote self-sufficiency - Collaborate with internal partners to advocate for and expedite customer needs - Mentor and train new support team members to drive team excellence Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or troubleshooting environment - Exceptional technical capabilities and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical skills - Willingness to work onsite at UKG location in Pune at least three days per week Why Join Us At UKG, we offer real flexibility, benefits you can count on, and a team that succeeds together.
