Product Manager - Voice AI & SaaS

Role Overview Augnito is looking for an experienced Product Manager to imagine, build, and scale our next-generation Voice AI products in Bengaluru. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including user research, strategic roadmapping, requirements drafting, and feature releases. Working closely with design, development, and business teams, you will solve complex healthcare challenges and deliver outstanding user experiences. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with leadership goals. - Conduct user and market research to write comprehensive product briefs and specification requirements. - Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and quality assurance teams to launch new features. - Manage trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and operational requirements. - Partner with customer success, sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive product adoption and measure outcomes. Required Qualifications - 3 to 6 years of experience in software product management, with a track record of successful product delivery. - Prior experience in B2B or B2C SaaS product environments is required. - Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering and design teams using customer-obsessed methodologies. - Strong analytical, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills. - Experience in healthcare technology, AI-driven solutions, or design thinking is highly preferred.
