Product Management Intern

Role Overview SkilloVilla is hiring a Product Management Intern for an in-office, 6-month role based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. In this position, you will work closely with our leadership team, including the CTO, to design and launch features that enhance the learning experience. This internship is ideal for analytical and user-centric graduates who want to build, scale, and own product initiatives from ideation to launch in a fast-paced EdTech startup. Key Responsibilities - Develop, define, and manage new features, tools, and services to enhance user learning journeys on SkilloVilla - Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder feedback and user research into actionable product requirement documents - Leverage product analytics and data insights to make strategic product development decisions - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to align on sprints and timelines - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the post-launch success and impact of product features Required Qualifications - Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (B.Tech or technical background preferred) - Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and sprint planning - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric and data-driven mindset - Familiarity with software development processes, wireframing, and competitive market analysis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas to cross-functional teams - Availability to join immediately for a full-time, 6-month in-office internship in Bengaluru Why Join Us SkilloVilla offers an explosive learning environment where you can work directly with the leadership team and take full ownership of projects.
