Process Specialist - DC

Role Overview Principal Global Services is looking for a dedicated Process Specialist in the DC domain to join their high-performing backend operations team in Hyderabad. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the US retirement process space, contributing to accurate and efficient financial operations. You will be a key player in maintaining compliance, meeting performance benchmarks, and supporting seamless end-to-end workflows. Key Responsibilities - Follow all process guidelines, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements diligently - Manage end-to-end backend operations including order processing, billing, and claims handling - Monitor queues and balance workload to ensure timely and accurate task completion - Consistently meet and exceed performance benchmarks including turnaround time, accuracy, and efficiency targets - Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply proactive problem-solving to boost productivity - Actively participate in training programs and skill development sessions to stay aligned with industry updates - Be prepared to work overtime as and when business requirements demand Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BE and BTech graduates are not eligible) - Prior experience in the US retirement process domain is essential - Strong analytical ability with a sharp focus on accuracy and attention to detail - Effective team player with good interpersonal and collaboration skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) and from the office on a mandatory basis Why Join Us Principal Global Services fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace where talent is nurtured through continuous learning, innovative projects, and competitive compensation.
