Process Developer

Key Responsibilities - Review insurance submission requests to validate details versus underwriting guidelines - Escalate submission cases falling outside standard guidelines to the underwriting department - Update client data systems in strict accordance with standard operating procedures - Complete registration tasks and update workflow trackers within agreed service level standards - Resolve inquiries from underwriters and international operations staff using internal resources - Ensure high turnaround time and document quality for all processed transactions Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or Master's in Statistics - Positive can-do attitude and willingness to work in flexible shifts throughout the year - Strong processing skills with intermediate English language proficiency (B1 level) - Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and underwriting principles is preferred - Professional certifications like AIC, ARe, or regulatory compliance credentials are a plus Why Join Us Genpact offers a values-driven culture built on courage, curiosity, and integrity, where your ideas drive progress.
