Principal Program Manager, LMAQ

Role Overview Amazon is seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Last Mile Analytics and Quality team in Hyderabad. In this senior role, you will lead the executive escalations process for Geospatial teams and drive long-term strategic solutions for last-mile delivery. Key Responsibilities - Write executive responses for high-severity customer escalations and delivery anecdotes. - Partner with product, tech, and sciences teams to analyze and reduce delivery defects. - Lead and define large cross-functional programs that span multiple global teams. - Use quantitative and qualitative datasets to prioritize initiatives and influence roadmaps. - Establish repeatable processes to maintain and disseminate project status to stakeholders. - Actively implement and distribute program management best practices across LMAQ teams. - Drive team alignment on product roadmaps to identify medium and long-term goals. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in a related technical or business field. - Seven or more years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. - Seven or more years of experience working with technical and non-technical teams. - Seven or more years of experience analyzing and communicating results to senior executives. - Proven capability in driving process automation and operational standardization.
