Pega Smart Investigate Consultant

Role Overview Infosys is hiring experienced Pega Smart Investigate Consultants to join its growing banking and financial services practice. This is a full-time permanent role open across Hyderabad, Pune, and Bengaluru, suited for professionals with 5 to 16 years of hands-on Pega development and consulting experience. You will work on complex dispute and fraud management platforms for leading banking clients using the Pega Smart Investigate framework. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop end-to-end applications using Pega Smart Investigate and Pega PRPC for banking clients - Configure and customize dispute lifecycle processes including chargebacks, fraud claims, retrieval requests, representments, and arbitration cases - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Case Types, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Decision Rules - Configure Pega Smart Dispute, Smart Claims, and Smart Investigate modules as per client specifications - Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP services and APIs - Perform code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and ongoing production support - Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices throughout development - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile and Scrum environments Required Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Pega BPM and Pega PRPC development - Proven implementation and support experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework - Deep expertise in dispute management, fraud claims, and payment processing workflows - Solid understanding of banking payment networks including Visa, Mastercard, and debit and credit card dispute processes - Experience with Case Management, Business Rules, Integration Services, Workflow Development, and Decisioning - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project delivery methodologies - Pega Certified System Architect or Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification preferred - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline Why Join Us Infosys offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities to work on marquee banking and financial services transformation programs at a global scale.
