Partner Solutions Architect (India GSI)

Role Overview Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to align with our Channels and Alliances business segment in Bangalore Urban. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor supporting our Global System Integrators partners on key initiatives like cloud migration, DevOps transformation, and application modernization. You will collaborate closely with Datadog and partner resources to ensure onboarding, training, and overall enablement. Key Responsibilities - Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources. - Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams. - Support partner technical initiatives, including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, and enablement workshops. - Advocate for partner technical concerns, such as product feature requests and support issues, with internal product and engineering teams. - Analyze partner services to recommend enhancements through improved adoption of the Datadog platform. Required Qualifications - Ten to fifteen years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role. - Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT development, operations, or systems integration. - Confident presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical value from the server room to the boardroom. - Hands-on experience in observability, cloud platforms, containerization, scripting, configuration management, or CI/CD pipelines. - Ten to fifteen years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role - Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud - Practical knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Proficiency in scripting or development with Python, Javascript, Go, or Ruby - Experience with CI/CD tools and configuration management systems like Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins - Confident presentation skills and a track record of technical learning
