Bring your domain expertise to help build robust product specifications that accurately reflect real-world artwork creation
requirements
from a designer's perspective. Provide domain expertise on packaging formats (cartons, pouches, labels), print specifications, trapping, bleeds, and color management. Assist in testing software features against real-world scenarios and support customer and sales demos to showcase product capabilities from a designer's perspective. Identify gaps in the system and review customer use cases to recommend feature enhancements or new capabilities that address real-world challenges. Contribute to creating best-practice SOPs for customer implementation and product adoption, ensuring a structured and successful rollout experience. Share best practices for multi-language adaptations, artwork revisions, version control, brand guidelines, and global packaging compliance. Create realistic sample artwork, master templates, dielines, and test files to train, test, and refine our product features and AI models.
Requirements
5-10 years of
experience
in Packaging Artwork Design within the FMCG industry. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Technology, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and standard packaging design tools. Exposure to prepress tools such as Esko, ArtPro+, PackZ, or similar packaging software would be a an added advantage Solid understanding of multi-language localization, version control, brand guidelines, and global packaging regulatory requirements. Strong communication
skills
to support customer and sales demos, demonstrating real-world software capabilities.
