Team Lead - Implementation

• Configure and implement the product in line with client requirements, while planning and managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Create and maintain key documentation including design specs, unit test cases, KYC documents, and ensure proper source control usage across all projects.
• Lead and manage a team of developers by providing technical guidance, internal platform training, and continuous skill development.
• Conduct quality reviews of team deliverables, enforce coding best practices, and ensure thorough impact analysis before implementing changes in production systems.
• Engage with customers through regular status updates and follow-ups to ensure project progress and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities, resolving defects, and ensuring progress towards zero QA shipment issues.
