Order To Cash Process Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Order to Cash Process Developer to manage cash applications and collections for our global clients. This role involves handling manual cash applications, auditing automated processes, and resolving payment discrepancies to ensure financial integrity. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, analytical thinking, and customer focus are critical. Key Responsibilities - Perform cash application and deduction creation for manual, lockbox, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and research unidentified cash receipts and apply them to appropriate customer accounts - Make collection calls to customers regarding delinquent amounts and establish payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders to match customer books and resolve customer disputes and payment discrepancies - Navigate and analyze data through SAP, Oracle, and PowerBI dashboards to support decision making - Provide flexible support during peak periods, month-end, and year-end close activities Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in SAP, Oracle, and Excel with ability to navigate PowerBI or similar automated reporting tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes and accounts receivable functions Why Join Us Join Genpact and work at the cutting edge of digital transformation where your contributions drive real impact for global enterprises. - B.Com graduate with relevant cash application experience - Strong communication skills in verbal and written format - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Account Receivables - Advanced Excel skills - Ability to navigate PowerBI and automated dashboards - Understanding of basic accounting principles - Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and month-end close - Experience in collections and customer communication - Familiarity with Order to Cash processes - Prior B2B collections and billing experience preferred
