Order To Cash Process Associate

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Order To Cash Process Associate to join our Finance and Accounting team at Genpact in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage cash application processes, handle deduction creation, and ensure the financial integrity of receivables for our global clients. You will work on critical financial operations that directly impact customer relationships and cash flow management. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt or as per client agreement - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and resolve unidentified cash receipts by researching and accurately applying them to appropriate receivables - Make collection calls to customers and negotiate payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits or debits, and follow up on customer and internal disputes - Navigate through SAP or Oracle systems to perform account reconciliation and analysis Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce with relevant cash application experience - Strong communication skills in verbal and written form - Good understanding of SAP, Oracle, Excel, and PowerBI or similar automated reporting tools - Knowledge of Order To Cash end to end processes and basic accounting principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why Join Us Join Genpact and work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation.
