Order to Cash Process Associate

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Order to Cash Process Associate to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role is critical in managing cash application processes, ensuring financial integrity of receivables, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records for our global enterprise clients. You will work with cutting-edge systems and contribute to the cash flow management of large-scale organizations. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit cash application processes on auto cash systems to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and resolve unknown cash receipts through research and accurate application to appropriate receivables - Demonstrate clear understanding of SAP or Oracle Accounts Receivables and apply checks remittance to customer accounts under tight deadlines - Interpret customer documentation and solve problems related to customer payments with strong analytical approach - Make collection calls to customers, manage delinquent accounts, and provide flexible payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits or debits, and follow up on customer disputes and internal reconciliations Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Excel, and PowerBi or similar automated reporting dashboards - Good understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes - Experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, and billing processes Why Join Us Genpact is a leading advanced technology services company that drives transformation for global enterprises through AI and digital innovation.
