Order to Cash Credit Collections Specialist

Role Overview We are hiring Order to Cash Credit Collections Specialists for our Finance and Accounting department. This is a full-time permanent position requiring immediate availability or notice period up to 30 days. You will be responsible for managing customer collections, credit operations, and account reconciliation processes in a voice-based environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage OTC collections and credit collections activities for customer accounts - Research and resolve customer account discrepancies through effective communication - Perform customer account reconciliation and month-end close activities - Update periodic contract pricing and manage customer service communications - Maintain accurate records and ensure timely cash application and bills receivable processing Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA/PGDM in Finance - 1-4 years of experience in Order to Cash or Finance and Accounting processes - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail Why Join Us Join Cognizant, a leading global technology company, and advance your career in finance operations.
