Order to Cash Cash Applications Specialist

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Cash Applications Specialist to join our finance team at Genpact in Noida. This role involves managing cash application and deduction processes, auditing auto cash systems, and resolving customer payment discrepancies. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity and timely cash collection for global enterprises. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and resolve unidentified cash receipts through research and accurate application to receivables - Demonstrate expertise in SAP or Oracle Account Receivables systems and accounting principles - Interpret customer documentation and resolve complex payment-related issues - Make collection calls to delinquent customers and provide payment plans as needed - Reconcile orders with customer books and manage disputes between internal departments and customers Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Comprehensive knowledge of Order to Cash end-to-end processes - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Excel, and PowerBI or similar reporting tools - Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods and month-end closing Why Join Us Genpact is at the forefront of AI and digital innovation, offering exceptional career growth opportunities.
