Order to Cash - Cash Applications and Collections Specialist

Role Overview Genpact is seeking a dedicated Order to Cash - Cash Applications and Collections Specialist for our Jodhpur office. In this role, you will handle cash application and deduction creation, audit auto cash processes, and manage customer collections. You will work with SAP or Oracle AR systems to ensure financial integrity and timely resolution of receivables, contributing to the organization's operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Process cash applications and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours or as per client agreements - Audit cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of invoices closed and deductions created - Identify and research unidentified cash receipts for accurate application to appropriate receivables - Make collection calls to customers, arrange payment plans, and handle customer disputes and payment inquiries - Reconcile orders with customer books, validate credits or debits, and coordinate with departments for resolution - Navigate SAP, Oracle AR, PowerBI dashboards and generate reports for analysis - Manage inbound and outbound calling, email and fax communications regarding invoices and payment requests Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Excel and PowerBI or similar automated reporting tools - Experience in order to cash end-to-end processes and AR fundamentals Why Join Us Genpact is an advanced technology services company leading innovation in AI and automation. - B.Com degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills with problem-solving mindset - Knowledge of order to cash end-to-end processes - SAP, Oracle, and Excel proficiency - PowerBI or automated dashboard navigation ability - Accounts Receivable knowledge - Collections and billing experience preferred - Dispute management capability - Flexibility to work overtime during peak and month-end periods
