Order to Cash - Cash Applications and Collections Specialist

Role Overview Genpact is seeking an Order to Cash specialist to join our Finance and Accounting division. This is a full-time permanent position based in Jodhpur where you will manage cash applications, collections, and receivables operations for global enterprises. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate cash application and timely collections while maintaining financial integrity. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours or as per client agreements - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of invoice closures and deductions - Identify and research unknown cash receipts and resolve them through accurate application to appropriate receivables - Conduct collections calls to customers regarding delinquent amounts and establish payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders to match customer books and follow up on customer disputes and internal discrepancies - Navigate SAP or Oracle accounts receivable systems and generate reports using PowerBI or other automated dashboards - Support month-end and year-end closing activities with flexibility for overtime during peak periods - Handle inbound and outbound calling for collections and customer communication Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with minimum 2-5 years of relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Excel, and PowerBI or similar reporting tools - Good understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes and basic accounting principles - Strong analytical skills with problem-solving attitude - Prior experience in B2B collections, billing, and cash applications preferred Why Join Us Join Genpact and work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation where you will drive change for global enterprises.
