Order Management Team Lead

Role Overview NielsenIQ is searching for a proactive Order Management Team Lead to join our dynamic Global Post-Sales Enablement team in Pune. This role guides cross-functional teams to streamline the opportunity-to-revenue cycle, ensuring a smooth customer experience post-contract signature. Help us eliminate transaction bottlenecks and leverage data-driven insights to optimize business efficiency globally. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor an onshore/offshore team of up to 10 order management professionals to meet service level agreements - Drive operational success by coaching, onboarding, and supporting the professional development of team members - Partner with quote-to-order stakeholders across Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to resolve order inquiries - Oversee the order-to-invoice cycle, including system integrations between CRM and Finance platforms - Ensure team compliance with company policies, business rules, and revenue recognition guidelines - Create and maintain deal tracking and status reports to identify bottlenecks and maximize monthly revenue - Design and execute special projects that expand order management capabilities across the organization Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree from an accredited institution - 5 or more years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance - Demonstrated ability to analyze the order-to-invoice cycle and implement tactical process solutions - Strong proficiency in using CRMs, Power BI, or similar sales performance reporting software - Excellent written and verbal English communication, active listening, and time-management skills Why Join Us Discover a supportive remote-first culture that values diversity, work-life balance, and continuous training through platforms like LinkedIn Learning.
