Order Management Representative

Role Overview EFI is looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Representative to join our IJS Business Unit in Bengaluru as a contractor. In this role, you will support order-to-cash operations, enter customer orders into SAP, and act as a post-sale liaison for our global customers and sales teams. Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate entry of customer orders and service contracts into SAP. - Maintain industrial inkjet (IJS) maintenance contracts and process credits. - Interact with internal contract specialists, sales managers, and customers to support order fulfillment. - Handle post-sale support transactions, billing inquiries, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs). - Resolve customer credit claims, billing disputes, and account management queries. - Coordinate with cross-functional departments to enhance customer experience. Required Qualifications - One to two years of experience in a customer care, order management, or service-related environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language. - Solid analytical capabilities and comfortable working with numbers and billing data. - Proven time-management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Familiarity with SAP ERP, specifically the Sales and Distribution (SD) module, is highly preferred.
