Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Consultant

Role Overview As an Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Consultant at Infosys, you will be part of our consulting team responsible for understanding customer business challenges, identifying problem areas, and designing innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud technologies. Your expertise in subscription management will drive successful implementations that deliver measurable client value and business transformation. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose customer issues and design comprehensive solutions for subscription management implementations using Oracle Cloud - Develop proposal documents and contribute to solution design based on your technical expertise and domain knowledge - Configure subscription setups including items, pricing, subscription profiles, copy maps and billing configurations according to customer requirements - Lead customer requirement gathering and design sessions to drive solutions that align with business objectives - Conduct solution demonstrations, proof of concept workshops and prepare accurate effort estimates within customer budgets - Build and manage integrations between AR, OM and RMCS systems using OIC with appropriate design patterns - Perform hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation and post-implementation activities for subscription management projects - Lead small project teams of 2-3 members and contribute to organizational initiatives for quality service delivery Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, BSc, MTech or MSc degree - 5 to 9 years of professional experience in Oracle Cloud implementations - Hands-on experience implementing at least two subscription management projects - Strong expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud configuration and deployment - Experience with REST and SOAP services integration - Knowledge of subscription concepts including multi BU, coverage, extended warranties, entitlements, amendments and renewal processes - Understanding of financial processes and various pricing models - Ability to lead technical and business teams in requirement analysis and solution design - Strong communication skills to explain complex solutions to diverse audiences Why Join Us Join Infosys to work on cutting-edge Oracle Cloud implementations that transform businesses globally.
