Role Overview:

We are looking for an L3 NOC Engineer – Server with strong expertise in Linux/Windows server administration and VMware environments. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, virtualization management, performance optimization, upgrades, DR activities, automation, and handling critical escalations while ensuring high availability and infrastructure stability

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA for server, OS, and virtualization issues.
• Manage and optimize Linux, Windows, and VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) environments.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, patching, and performance tuning.
• Handle clustering, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
• Manage storage integration, backups, and system performance optimization.
• Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Guide L2 engineers and handle escalations
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong expertise in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS).
• Deep understanding of server hardware, storage, RAID, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of backup solutions, DR strategies, and system integration.
• Scripting/automation skills (Shell / PowerShell) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex server, OS, and virtualization issues.

Certifications (Preferred):

• RHCSA / RHCE
• Microsoft Certified (Windows Server / Azure Administrator)
• VMware VCP / VCAP
