Microsoft Full Stack Technical Specialist

Role Overview HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Full Stack Technical Specialist to lead enterprise software engineering and solution architecture in Chennai. In this role, you will drive digital transformation by building cutting-edge Generative AI agent systems and scalable .NET microservices. Key Responsibilities - Architect and build GenAI agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI. - Develop enterprise applications using C, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core APIs. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and manage vector databases. - Design messaging and event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus or Kafka. - Perform solution architecture reviews, technical road-mapping, and govern design patterns. - Transform traditional SDLC processes with AI-assisted development and DevSecOps. - Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to align technical solutions. - Coach and mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software engineering. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agent technologies. - Extensive experience with C, .NET Core, Microservices, and cloud AI APIs. - Proven experience in solution architecture and life insurance business domains.
