Manager, Compliance & Payroll, Ballabgarh

Role Overview Goodyear is seeking a Manager for Compliance and Payroll based at our Ballabgarh plant in Faridabad. You will own end-to-end labour law compliance, manage factory licenses, oversee blue-collar payroll, and govern the Factory PF Trust. This is a critical leadership role in a manufacturing setup, ideal for an experienced professional looking to drive operational excellence for a global tire industry pioneer. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end labour law compliance for the plant, ensuring timely filings under EPF, ESI, CLRA, and the Factories Act - Manage factory licenses, registrations, renewals, and coordinate with government labour inspectors during audits - Process monthly payroll for the blue-collar workforce, managing attendance inputs, overtime logic, and incentives - Oversee the Factory PF Trust operations including contributions, ledger updates, trustee coordination, and audits - Manage payroll and compliance vendors, validating service agreements and coordinating payments with Finance - Maintain compliance registers, dashboards, and evidence packs to ensure constant inspection readiness Required Qualifications - MBA in Human Resources, Master of Social Work (MSW), or PGDM-HR from a recognized institution - Minimum eight years of experience in factory HR operations, labour law compliance, and payroll administration - Proven experience managing statutory audits, contractor compliance, and blue-collar workforce payroll - In-depth exposure to HRMS, payroll systems, and compliance management tools - Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel and confident handling of regulatory authorities Why Join Us Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies, offering a robust platform to lead critical HR and compliance initiatives.
