Management Trainee

Role Overview Genpact is seeking a driven Management Trainee for our Order to Cash division in Noida under a Work From Home model. In this position, you will own O2C activities, validate purchase orders, and manage collections. Join our AI Gigafactory team to leverage process intelligence, collaborate with international stakeholders, and transform global business operations. Key Responsibilities - Manage all operational activities related to the Order to Cash (O2C) billing domain - Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests and ensure accurate invoicing processes - Interact with global clients to gather feedback, resolve disputes, and support operations - Manage end-customer collections via call and email channels to meet target numbers - Partner with Regional Financial Directors and participate in country-level governance calls - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive Lean and Six Sigma implementations - Collaborate with team members to meet deliverables and maintain process standards Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Economics - Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CTP, or Accounts Payable credentials are preferred - Good understanding of the O2C domain, billing, manual and automated invoicing - Basic working knowledge of SAP ERP and database reporting systems - Excellent English communication skills with intermediate language proficiency Why Join Us At Genpact, you will lead AI-powered transformations and make an impact on global enterprises.
