Lead Technical Account Manager

Role Overview Black Duck Software is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead strategic application security collaborations with our most important customers in Bengaluru. In this position, you will drive the customer experience, ensuring our solutions are adopted and embedded into developer workflows. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize value from AppSec and DevSecOps solutions. Key Responsibilities - Prioritize, escalate, and resolve complex technical product issues for clients - Drive adoption and integration of Black Duck solutions into CI/CD pipelines - Provide industry-specific compliance and security regulatory guidance - Deliver role-specific training for developers, testers, and security administrators - Act as a strategic advisor, aligning security solutions with business priorities - Advocate for customers internally and orchestrate resources to drive outcomes - Enable faster time-to-value and increase customer operational efficiency Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field - Minimum 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or advisory role - Software development experience with proficiency in languages like Java, C++, Python, or Go - Strong knowledge of application security, vulnerabilities, and open-source licensing - Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools and methodologies Why Join Us At Black Duck Software, we foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where innovation is celebrated.
