Role Overview Genpact is seeking a Lead System Administrator to head our IT operations team in Hyderabad. In this senior role, you will oversee the installation, configuration, and security of enterprise IT systems and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the daily operations of the IT administration team. - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, systems, and networks. - Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure, networks, and data assets. - Monitor system performance, resolve complex issues, and optimize workflows. - Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users. - Stay updated on industry trends to recommend infrastructure upgrades. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems. - Five or more years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure. - Professional certifications like CCNP or VCP are highly preferred. - Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and information security management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
