Role Overview Genpact is looking for a creative Lead Designer to join our Creative Design team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead high-impact design initiatives, collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate complex requirements into innovative visual solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead creative design projects ensuring deliverables align with business and brand objectives. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to design solutions. - Develop and execute innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital assets. - Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to support design team members. - Review and refine design outputs to ensure strict adherence to brand standards. - Manage project schedules and design resources for timely high-quality delivery. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance execution. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or Visual Communication. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and creative tools. - Deep understanding of user experience design principles and design thinking. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in professional English. - Experience or certification in Adobe systems is highly preferred.
