Lead Automation Engineer - Power Platform and Agentic AI

Role Overview Enterprise Minds, Inc is looking for an experienced Lead Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Agentic AI frameworks to drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with intelligent automation solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, along with practical exposure to at least two major automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega, or Appian. This role blends automation architecture, AI-driven workflow design, process optimisation, and technical leadership to deliver impactful solutions at scale. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate including Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and Custom Connectors - Lead end-to-end automation projects from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and ongoing support - Build intelligent workflows that integrate business applications, REST APIs, databases, and cloud services across the Microsoft ecosystem - Design and implement AI-powered agents using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, optimise processes, and define governance standards - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party platforms - Develop reusable automation components and enforce best practices for scalability, security, and compliance - Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across automation workstreams - Participate in architecture reviews and recommend intelligent automation strategies aligned with enterprise goals Required Qualifications - 6 to 9 years of total IT experience with a minimum of 4 years hands-on with Microsoft Power Automate - Proven experience with at least two automation platforms from UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega, or Appian - Hands-on experience building AI agents using Copilot Studio, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI - Working knowledge of Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Multi-Agent Systems - Strong command of the Microsoft ecosystem including Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps - Proficiency in REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and SQL Server for integration and data handling - Experience with Azure OpenAI or OpenAI APIs and Vector Databases for AI-driven automation - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline - Experience leading automation projects or teams in enterprise environments Why Join Us Enterprise Minds, Inc offers a forward-thinking environment where you will work at the forefront of intelligent automation and AI innovation alongside a team of skilled professionals.
