L1 Support Associate

Role Overview Zones is seeking an L1 Service Desk Specialist to provide remote technical support to our global customers from Bengaluru. In this 24/7 rotational shift role, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues at first contact to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot and configure desktop hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, primarily Windows. - Perform remote diagnostics and guide end-users through structured troubleshooting steps. - Create and document real-time support tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs. - Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as appropriate. Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree. - Around 0 to 6 months of experience in IT Support or helpdesk operations. - Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and technical issue resolution. - Good communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
