Junior HR Generalist

Overview We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is passionate about building a great employee experience. The role will work closely with business teams, recruiters, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders across various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, confirmations, and exit management Coordinate and drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture activities Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding

for new hires Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and people dashboards with high accuracy Assist in policy communication and HR process implementation Support performance management, feedback cycles, and employee communication initiatives Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and operations Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR audits, compliance documentation, and process tracking Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance employee
