Java Full Stack Developer (Junior & Senior) – Banking Domain

Role Overview Infogrowth Private Limited is actively seeking skilled Java Full Stack Developers at both junior and senior levels to join its team deployed at a prestigious Banking and Financial Services client based in Airoli, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Developers in this role will be responsible for designing, building, and sustaining high-performance banking applications that serve large-scale financial operations. You will engage in end-to-end software development activities including writing clean, efficient code, implementing features, fixing defects, and providing production support. The role involves developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend microservices, conducting unit and integration testing, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. You will participate actively in architectural discussions, solution design sessions, and Agile ceremonies, while collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Deployment, documentation, and ongoing application maintenance also fall within the scope of this position. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline. Junior roles require 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, while senior positions call for 6 to 10 years of relevant expertise. Proficiency in Java 8 or above, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle 12c/19c, MySQL, NoSQL databases, and PL/SQL is essential. Familiarity with .NET MVC or .NET Core, Linux and Windows server environments, and Microservices architecture is expected. A solid grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies, along with strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities, is required. Prior exposure to banking or financial services domains is highly valued, and experience with payment systems such as UPI, CBDC, or IMPS will be considered a significant advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field 3 to 8 years of experience in Java full stack development Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development Front-end development skills using Angular Database expertise in Oracle 12c/19c, MySQL, and NoSQL technologies Working knowledge of PL/SQL Familiarity with .NET MVC or .NET Core Experience working in Linux and Windows server environments Practical understanding of Microservices architecture Sound knowledge of SDLC and Agile development methodologies Proven ability in debugging, production support, and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain Exposure to UPI, CBDC, or IMPS payment systems is a plus Immediate or short notice period preferred
