Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview Genpact is looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join its Engineering and Software Development team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for professionals with hands-on expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. You will be part of a high-performing team delivering scalable enterprise-grade solutions for global clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend along with React on the frontend. Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support seamless data communication across distributed systems. Write optimised SQL queries and manage relational database interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies to continuously improve engineering standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments. Contribute to the design of microservices-based architectures that are scalable and maintainable. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming principles. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building backend services. Practical knowledge of React.js for developing dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Microservices architecture and deployment patterns. Exposure to Angular is a plus. Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc in Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or related fields. Postgraduate qualifications such as MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc are an advantage. 5 to 7 years of professional experience in full stack Java development Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot framework Proficiency in React.js for frontend development Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs Solid SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases Familiarity with Microservices architecture Knowledge of Angular is an added advantage UG degree in B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc in IT, AI, Data Science, or equivalent PG degree in MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc is preferred
