Java Developer

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Engineer with 5-7 years of professional software development expertise to join our dynamic engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and modern AWS cloud technologies. This is a critical role where you will ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness across our platform. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks - Develop and manage relational databases while writing complex SQL queries for optimal performance - Ensure best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications through rigorous testing - Identify bottlenecks and bugs using strong debugging skills, devising effective solutions to address issues - Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure while maintaining operational excellence - Conduct comprehensive code reviews and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly - Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while staying updated with emerging technologies Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 5-7 years of professional experience in software development - Proficiency in Java 8 or higher with hands-on Spring and Spring Boot experience - Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL - Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture and Rest API design - Hands-on experience with Unit Testing frameworks including JUnit and Mockito - Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles - Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities Why Join Us Care Health Insurance offers a dynamic work environment where you can make meaningful contributions to the insurance technology sector.
