IT Support Engineer - Hardware and Networking

Role Overview Rajsri Computers, a trusted IT solutions provider based in Ramnagar, Coimbatore, is hiring an IT Support Engineer with a focus on Hardware and Networking. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components - Install and configure Windows operating systems, device drivers, and application software - Set up, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network environments - Provide support for routers, switches, and internet connectivity problems - Configure and maintain servers, NAS devices, and storage systems - Assist with firewall installation and basic network security configuration - Install and service printers, scanners, and peripheral devices for clients - Carry out preventive maintenance visits for Annual Maintenance Contract customers - Travel to client locations to deliver onsite technical support and service - Maintain accurate service reports and job completion records - Deliver clear technical guidance and strong customer support at all times Required Qualifications - Diploma, BE, B.Tech, or B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or a related discipline - Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates will be given preference - Working knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting - Familiarity with Windows installation, software support, and printer configuration - Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi - Elementary knowledge of server administration and firewall setup - Good communication skills and a willingness to travel for field assignments - Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory Why Join Us At Rajsri Computers, you will receive free three-month professional training covering hardware, networking, server administration, firewall support, and field service, setting you up for a long and rewarding career.
