IT Support Engineer

Role Overview BreachLock is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our office in Pune. In this role, you will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle IT processes, administer Microsoft 365/Azure environments, and resolve technical issues. Help us maintain robust system configurations and deliver exceptional IT support to our global staff. Key Responsibilities - Configure accounts, devices, software licenses, and access for employee transitions. - Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and SharePoint portals. - Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML and OAuth. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in Windows and macOS. - Resolve email delivery, Outlook configuration, and Exchange Online sync issues. - Enforce secure credential management, password policies, and Privileged Security Data. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. - 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure/Entra ID. - Hands-on experience configuring SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC). - Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Group Policy. - Excellent communication skills with a security-first mindset and attention to detail.
