IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate to join our OTS Global IT Delivery team at the Bangalore corporate office. You will be responsible for resolving end-user device issues and operating system errors, ensuring business continuity for our operations. Join us to help build, maintain, and optimize the IT systems that connect our worldwide customers. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot client hardware including laptops, desktops, scanners, and network printers. - Resolve client-side configuration and registry issues on Windows and Linux systems. - Follow documented SOPs to ensure seamless execution of daily IT operations. - Interface with internal stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions to resolve queries. - Meet or exceed OTS Service Desk performance targets, including response SLA and CSAT. - Coordinate with team members to cover rotational shifts within a 7-day operational window. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - 1+ year of hands-on experience in IT support, desktop support, or service desk operations. - Strong communication and customer handling skills. - Basic understanding of networking concepts and ITIL-based monitoring tools.
