IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Associate to work from our Bangalore corporate office. In this role, you will be part of the centralized IT Service Desk, delivering high-quality client support for various hardware and operating systems. Key Responsibilities - Provide first-contact technical support for end-user computers, printers, and scanners. - Diagnose software and configuration issues on Windows and Linux client platforms. - Adhere strictly to SOPs to guarantee consistent, high-standard IT service delivery. - Handle communications with internal customers and technical teams across APAC and EMEA. - Maintain high CSAT ratings by resolving incidents and requests in a timely manner. - Adapt to a shift schedule that ensures continuous coverage for our operational sites. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. - At least 1 year of experience in an IT helpdesk or service desk coordinator role. - Good communication and active listening skills. - Basic familiarity with ITIL frameworks, ticketing systems, and networking protocols.
