IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is seeking a dedicated IT Support Associate to join our OTS Global IT Delivery team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide efficient technical assistance to Worldwide Operations associates and internal teams through our centralized IT Service Desk. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first line of support, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues for end-user devices. - Adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and high service quality in daily operations. - Resolve client-side operating system issues specifically on Windows and Linux environments. - Manage incidents and service requests to meet defined response and resolution SLAs. - Support IT components such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and local networking equipment. - Work collaboratively within a rotational shift pattern to support a continuous 7-day operation. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Service Desk, technical support, or IT helpdesk environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global internal customers. - Basic understanding of ITIL-based ticketing tools and monitoring systems.
