IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate to join our IT Service Desk operations in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be part of a centralized team providing end-user technical support to Worldwide Operations associates. You will help troubleshoot daily issues, maintaining Amazon's dedication to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Provide L1 troubleshooting for end-user systems such as printers and laptops. - Resolve operating system issues primarily on Windows and Linux platforms. - Follow standard operating procedures to manage client queries. - Coordinate with internal customer support groups across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. - Achieve ticket response and resolution targets to meet team SLAs. - Commit to a five-day work week that varies based on shift needs. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical experience. - One or more years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Foundational knowledge of computer hardware and networks.
