IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is hiring a motivated IT Support Associate to join our IT Service Desk in Bengaluru. You will work with a global team to deliver high-quality support for Amazon's Worldwide Operations associates. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring our client systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities - Handle first-level technical support tickets for client end-user systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner issues. - Diagnose client system concerns on Windows and Linux operating systems. - Coordinate with internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMER territories. - Maintain response and resolution SLAs to ensure service desk goals are met. - Work a schedule of five days a week based on shift requirements. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum of one year of experience in a technical support or service desk role. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Basic understanding of network systems and software applications.
