IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is seeking a dedicated IT Support Associate to join our 24x7 IT Service Desk team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will provide critical support to Worldwide Operations associates and internal teams in a rotational shift environment. You will solve complex business and technical challenges with simple, customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities - Provide round-the-clock L1 technical support for laptops, desktops, and printers. - Interact with global internal customers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. - Diagnose operating system issues on Windows and Linux platforms. - Follow standard operating procedures to resolve hardware and software tickets. - Meet service desk targets for response and resolution SLAs and CSAT. - Work in rotational shifts to support a 24x7 operating environment. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. - One or more years of experience in a service desk or technical support role. - Good communication and client coordination abilities. - Basic troubleshooting knowledge of end-user devices and networks.
