IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is looking for a driven IT Support Associate to join our IT Service Desk team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will deliver efficient technical support to Amazon's worldwide operations and internal customer teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and customer obsession. Key Responsibilities - Deliver technical assistance for end-user devices such as laptops and printers. - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. - Troubleshoot client system queries on Windows and Linux operating systems. - Work closely with internal customers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. - Maintain service desk goals including response SLAs and CSAT scores. - Work a schedule of five days a week with rotational days off. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. - At least one year of experience in technical support or service desk operations. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Basic understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting.
