IT Support Associate

Role Overview Amazon is recruiting an IT Support Associate for our centralized IT Service Desk in Bengaluru. In this position, you will resolve technical issues for global Worldwide Operations associates and Amazon Locker networks. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing simple and ingenious technical solutions. Key Responsibilities - Respond to incoming support requests via omnichannel contact center systems. - Troubleshoot and fix desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner issues. - Assist users with issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems. - Communicate technical instructions clearly to non-technical internal clients. - Follow documented standard operating procedures to maintain support quality. - Manage and resolve tickets in accordance with established SLA limits. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - Minimum of one year of experience in a service desk or technical support role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Basic understanding of network routing and system administration concepts.
